What do I do if my address changes?
Please send any changes to your contact or address information in written form to the Leipziger Messe GmbH at email@example.com. Please note that after the invoice has been issued, a processing fee of € 38.00 will be charged.
Parcel Delivery at the Fair
Packages will be delivered to exhibitor stands between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm during the set-up and throughout the duration of the trade fair. Shipments must be addressed as follows:

Where can I park during the trade show?
To park on the Leipzig Messe grounds, you must purchase a ticket. You can purchase it in the online shop for exhibitors under Services starting in March, or on-site from the Wednesday before the trade fair until Thursday at noon.
You will receive the access data for the shop with your stand registration per post.
No parking ticket is necessary for the set-up and disassembly. A copy of the assignment is your access authorisation for you and your team.
NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA
We have contracted NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH exclusively for the production of the exhibitor directory for Leipzig Book Fair and Manga-Comic-Con as well as the advertising campaign. Other publishers that produce similar catalogues and directories are not authorised by us. We strongly recommend that you read all offers and forms from other companies carefully and look closely at the "fine print".
Book media services in the new media shop
Main exhibitors can book all media services offered by Neureuter Fair Media starting in September 2021 via their customer account in the "Medienshop". These include, for example in the online directory of exhibitors and logo entries in the list of exhibitors or online banners. You will receive the access data to your customer account by the beginning of November. https:leipziger-messe.com/customerlogin.

Please send a short message to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a message with new login credentials.
When will I get the invoice for the trade fair rental?
Leipziger Messe GmbH will send the fair rental invoice to the exhibitors by post or e-mail approx. 6 weeks before the start of the fair. When registering, exhibitors can also choose to have their invoices sent by e-mail and enter a central billing address for the company.
Invoices for services will be issued approx. 4 weeks after the trade fair.
Can I cancel my registration?
In case of withdrawal before the receipt of confirmation due from 11 September 2021, a cancellation fee of 175.00 EUR plus VAT will be charged for exhibitors who have booked stand space of up to 5 m² and 370.00 EUR plus VAT for exhibitors who have booked 6 m² or more.
In case of withdrawal after admission confirmation has been sent and before 10 December 2021, exhibitors will be required to pay 25 per cent of their stand rental. In case of withdrawal on or after 11 December 2021, section 10.2. of Leipziger Messe GmbH Terms and Conditions comes into effect.
The above-mentioned regulations represent the variations that apply to the trade fair in 2022 only. These are possible due to anticipated subsidies from the NEUSTART KULTUR economic programme, initiated by the Federal Commissioner for Culture and Media.
The special rules concerning free withdrawal rights for exhibitors according to section 5 (registration) remain unchanged.
Cancellation of registration by the exhibitor prior to confirmation must be delivered to Leipziger Messe in writing.

Individual services like additional exhibitor passes, tickets for programme participants or parking tickets can be purchased here at short notice.

(Transport vehicles will not be allowed into the exhibition grounds until the aisle carpets have been picked up and cleared by the staff of Leipziger Messe.)

Set-up and dismantling times beyond the specified periods require a written request by the exhibitor and written approval by Leipziger Messe and are subject to a charge.
A copy of the stand allocation acts as your access authorisation to the site for set-up and disassembly.

Is there any funding for participation in the event?
The Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and Media is subsidising Leipzig Book Fair and Manga-Comic-Con through the NEUSTART KULTUR economic stimulus programme to mitigate the consequences of the Corona crisis for this sector. A significant share of the funding will for example be used to encourage exhibitors to participate in the event.
Until when can I register as an exhibitor?
For registrations from December 11, 2021, a late booking fee of €265 per stand will be applied due to the short processing time. In general, exhibitor registration and confirmation is possible up to four weeks before the event, at the discretion of Leipziger Messe.
In addition to the hygiene concept of the Leipzig Trade Fair, special regulations apply to Manga-Comic-Con and the Leipzig Book Fair.

Leading up to the fair, please make sure that each member of your team has an exhibitor pass or other access authorisation (e.g. trade visitor ticket). Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased in the online shop under Services starting in March.
When and how should the stand be staffed?
On all four days of the fair, at least from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
How do I register as a co-exhibitor/additional represented company?
Co-exhibitors/additional represented companies must always be registered by the main exhibitor. You can register via the online exhibitor registration or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. The exhibitor must pay a fee for each co-exhibitor/additional represented company (see special conditions of participation).

Exhibitors are not entitled to sublet or otherwise transfer stands allocated to them to third parties or to advertise for third companies without the approval of Leipziger Messe (see also General Conditions of Participation).

Where can I find the individual stand sizes, construction options and prices?
An overview of all construction options and price per m² is on our website under http://www.manga-comic-con.com/exhibitors/registration-and-ordering/registration-papers/. We can also answer your questions by phone or e-mail.
Is it possible to get a certain stand location?
Please provide detailed information when submitting your exhibitor stand location request. The responsible project manager will begin placing the exhibitors in January after registration has been completed. However, we cannot guarantee your requested location.
How can I register events at the fair or in the city and what will it cost?
Participation in events such as the Leipzig reads programme, conference programme and MCC programme is generally reserved for the exhibiting publishers of the Leipzig Book Fair and Manga-Comic-Con. After registration, the main exhibitors will receive an e-mail in October with the login credentials for the event registration. (Main exhibitors should inform their co-exhibitors.) The Leipzig Book Fair reserves the right to make a selection from the registrations received.
Registration for programme partners, participants and authors
For contributors, authors or programme partners who support your events, you can order day tickets at a reasonable price prior to the Book Fair. You will receive the proper form when you register your events for Leipzig reads.
When do I need to register my event by?
The registration deadline for programme is November 30, 2021

Ordering services in the exhibitor shop
Main exhibitors can book all media services offered by Neureuter Fair Media starting September 2021 via their customer account in the "Medienshop". All other services, such as parking tickets, stand cleaning, security, exhibitor passes (subject to a charge), customer invitations, rental furniture and graphic or communication offers can be ordered in the shop for exhibitors under Services starting in early January 2022.

You can also use our online shop for exhibitors to order advertising materials.
As an exhibitor, you will receive free exhibitor passes (see special conditions of participation) at your disposal, depending on the size of the stand you booked. You will also receive a free exhibitor pass for each registered co-exhibitor. Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased via the online shop for exhibitors starting in March.
The exhibitor passes authorise the holder to use the MDV in selected zones during the trade fair, to travel to and from the trade fairgrounds, and to enter the trade fair grounds from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
To make it easier for your customers to visit the fair, you can purchase vouchers for admission tickets. The customer invitations in digital or printed form can be purchased via the online shop for exhibitors. Billing will take place after the book fair (only for redeemed vouchers) at the price of the "Day Ticket for Trade Visitors".
How will I be listed as an exhibitor in the exhibitor directory?
The communicaition fee guarantees that you will be listed in the alphabetical exhibitor directory and in all digital trade fair media.
